We deliver our items on a weekly basis. Please see our Contact Us section for order placement form. For special/custom orders, please contact us via any of the options listed in the Contact Us section. Courier fees for island wide shipping are based on weight of item and vary on courier service used. All items are securely packaged for island wide delivery. Note that if damages occur during shipping with a courier service, The Little Oven is not liable for same. For further information on delivery and/or shipping, please see our Contact Us section. If you need your items sooner, or have a custom order please feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you! 

All items are done to order and all sales are final. Due to the food associated nature of the business and the sanitary concerns therein, The Little Oven cannot accept returns or offer exchanges once your order leaves the kitchen. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please advise as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue and provide you with the correct items/replacements. 

We currently accept payment via Bank Transfer. Our banking details will be disclosed once order is received. Orders will be fulfilled after successful bank transfer has been made. Please note, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify our pricing at any time. If price change happens after order is placed, we will honour price previously agreed to. All promotions will be announced via our social platforms so stay tuned!

Please note our gluten-free and vegan menu items are prepared in the same facility and ovens as our flour and dairy based items. While we make every effort to thoroughly sanitize between batches, we cannot guarantee that our menu items are 100% free of gluten and/or dairy. Please consider this when ordering from our store.
